We are looking for a new owner for House of Melissa! Imagine running your own farmstay, right here in Singapore. If you've always dreamt of unplugging from it all to retire to the countryside, this 2 min video may just change your life:

Take over our profitable, market-ready boutique farmstay. Viewings from now till end Nov and we must find a new owner by 1 Dec. We are letting it go as The Sundowner's move from Siglap to our new centre at Old Bukit Timah Fire Station has given us all the space we need.

To enquire further, browse https://www.houseofmelissa.com.sg. Email us for the offer deck at facilitysevenholdings@gmail.com, or text us at 96177164 to have a chat

Realize your inner child when you stay with us! Take the time off your phone, to observe nature and your surroundings, and do things we don't often do anymore.

The beauty of pollination! Our native bees buzzing around the stamen of Passion fruit, collecting its gold-green pollen.

Pollinated fruit is known to be bigger, better, more sweet, more nutritious, with a longer shelf life.

Today we began our Training & Talks programme, where @clarencechua spoke to a (30-year old!) finance company on Plateauing, Pivoting, and Pareto's & Parkinson's Law.

They also played our Treasure Hunt designed by the late playwright Jonathan Lim.

Next up, a NTU class in late-Feb. They will be attending a literal Fireside Chat at our hotel.

Only at a farmstay with bees, can you sit on the toilet bowl while listening to the buzz outside!

We've hooked up a listening tube from one hive right into the toilet, literally connecting you with nature while you do your business 😜
