Permaculture Tour with Bees!
This 1-hour activity is designed for large groups to tour a working farm full of herbs, veg, and... bees! Come learn about permaculture, pluck and taste organic veg, and safely encounter our honeybees. Perfect for pre-school / school tours, interest groups, or a kid's party to take them away from the screens and immerse in nature! 15% discount if you are an in-house guest.
This tour is adapted from our award-winning Rooftop Farm Experience held at The Sundowner, nestled near the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Winner of the STB Outstanding Tour Experience 2024. โ
About
At our Sundowner location nestled in the Bukit Timah sanctuary, we bring nature close, but at House of Melissa in Changi, we're supersizing the concept entirely.

With over 10,000 sq ft of open land, we run a full working farm powered by sun and soil. Explore a food forest of coffee and coconut trees, a herb and vegetable garden bursting with ulam raja and basil, and a dragonfly pond—nature's own mosquito control, with each dragonfly consuming up to 100 mozzies a day!

Meet our resident chickens, who aerate the soil and fertilize naturally, then get hands-on learning the basics of composting. Our rescued honeybees pollinate the entire farm—feed them, or suit up for a full hive inspection up close.

โCancellation Policy

โFor Private bookings, if you wish to drop the number of attendees and inform us:

a. >3 days (72 hrs) before the event: Full refunds can be made only for those who drop out. If you wish to cancel the whole event after paying, we can refund 50% only.

b. Within 2 days (48 hrs) of the event: Full refunds can be made for up to 10% variation of the total number booked. E.g. if booking was for 20 pax, refund can be done for up to 2 pax only.

c. Only on the day (within 24 hrs): No refunds, no postponements. As we would have already prepared our staffing and material accordingly.
