Outdoor Movie Screening

Strung up whimsically between two symmetrical Tembusu, our outdoor movie screen is backgrounded by the gently bobbling masts of sailboats. Stretch your legs on our lawn deck and enjoy a movie under the stars. There is simply no private outdoor movie experience like this in all of Singapore!

Our Movie Screenings on the lawn overlooking the Ubin straits are perfect for anything from an intimate date to a private party. Just bring your own laptop or mobile device loaded with your chosen movie, and some nibbles... We will provide everything else for a memorable evening under the stars. Apple TV box provided, or choose from our DVD library for rarer titles.

For food, you can dabao in your dinner. (Scroll down for a list of nearby F&B options). We also provide a BBQ pit* f.o.c for all bookings.

Your booking includes a butler / bartender who will prepare your 3 cocktails live, and assist you for your evening. Browse our cocktail menu here. All drinks are to be served only by House of Melissa.

*We provide only the pit, fire tongs, and cutlery. Please bring along your own disposable plates, fire starters and charcoal, mesh grill, and food. Our butlers do not provide cooking services and will not be available to run errands such as plating your food.

Timings

Private sessions: Any date, subject to availability.
Timing: 8:15 to 11:45 p.m.
Extensions beyond the 3.5h allocated is possible, subject to availability and charged at $75 per half-hour block.
Free parking is available at the House (limited), or at the nearby Changi Sailing Club (payable).

Pricing for Only Movie Screening

2 pax: $350 total

>2pax: $350 for first 2 pax + $75/person

E.g. 8 pax will cost $350 + (6 x $75) = $800 i.e.~$100/ person

Pricing for Proposals / Product Launches / Parties

We can jointly plan your special event with you. Any of our activities, or this 3.5hr Movie Screening is the best way to do it!

For any activities you wish to have outside of our normal itineraries, there will be a $150 - $200 surcharge based on amount of work we'll be involved in. This will cover 2 in-person meetings prior, and other operational tasks we'll assist with before and during the event.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to drop the number of attendees and inform us:

a. >3 days (72 hrs) before the event: Full refunds can be made only for those who drop out. If you wish to cancel the whole event after paying, we can refund 50% only.

b. Within 2 days (48 hrs) of the event: Full refunds can be made for up to 10% variation of the total number booked. E.g. if booking was for 20 pax, refund can be done for up to 2 pax only.

c. Only on the day (within 24 hrs): No refunds, no postponements. As we would have already prepared our staffing and material accordingly.

All bookings come with your understanding and acceptance of the above cancellation policies.
