​​The below rates are for 5-hr unhosted event venue rentals. You will get the whole house to run your own company retreat / host a DIY party with self-catered food etc. You may add on our hosted experiences (paid separately). For longer durations >5h, add $90 per hour.

On top of the above rates, $200 refundable deposit applies for any event. Collected on the day of the event(cash / credit card). Deductible for any damages or breach of our T&Cs.

GST applies for GST-registered corporations. We absorb GST for individuals / private bookings .

- All spaces in the House (excluding bedrooms unless you add a Stay) 

- Private car parking 3 - 4 cars. Nearby paid parking at Changi Sailing Club

ADD-ONS AVAILABLE

- Above rates are for events that do not involve our involvement / planning. For more customised events (product launches / proposals), add $200 - $400 based on the amount of work we'll be involved in. This will cover 2 in-person meetings prior, and other operational tasks we'll assist with before and during the event. The amount chargeable is solely decided by us at our discretion. 
 

• Butler at $50/hr butler and bartender at $70/hr (byo)

• Pizza oven / BBQ pit at $80 inc wood / charcoal

• Glassware at $50 and Cutlery at $50, enough for a 30 pax party

• Ice at $30 for 30kg

• Catered food from our partner F&B , The Plattering Co. External caterers are also welcome

• Any of our existing hosted experiences (private session basis), such as Pizza Making Experience, at 20% off

• 1 hr Farm tours @ min 10 pax for $250. Cheaper per person with more pax

- Access to bedrooms, unless you opt to stay the night

- Dining utensils / glassware. Please get this from caterer or rent from us here
