Welcome
We have converted 344 Netheravon Road from a basic government chalet (itself upgraded from a pre-war colonial dwelling) into a well-appointed boutique farmstay. When you book a stay with us, you'll find an escape like no other: Retreat to the countryside and enjoy our spacious living room, an open bar and mini-library, and two bedrooms boasting a tranquil sea view of sailboats and Pulau Ubin yonder.

Outside of the House, enjoy all the facilities Civil Service Club Changi offers, or explore the quaint neighbourhood of Changi Village on your complimentary bicycles. Free parking and wifi included. If you don't drive, private shuttle is available from / to your location.
The House has four rooms, two of which have been retained as bedrooms (two converted into experience spaces to host workshops). Wifi is included for all stays.

Seaview Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and is perfect for couples on staycation. Seaview Bedroom 2 has two double beds and is ideal for kids or friends to stay in.

Both bedrooms boast a gorgeous vista of the Ubin straits and the gently bobbing masts of the sailboats moored just outside. With not a building in sight, there is simply no better view in all Singapore.

If you have a larger group staying the night (max 8 guests), let us know and we can cater extra beds to accommodate.
This option is fuss-free, where you need not meet any of our ground staff throughout your stay. Access our keys at the gate and check yourself in and out, and enjoy the whole House in full privacy.

Ghost Walk around Changi Village (We will help arrange)
Changi Village is a anachronism of modern-day Singapore. Located at the Northeast of the island, this neighbourhood exudes a unique charm with sandy shorelines decorated all through with coconut palms. Access to the beach, good food, sanctuaries and nature make Changi Village ideal for a tranquil day out.

The village has been well-known since British times for its resorts and seaside vibe, and as a rural getaway from the hustle of city life. Today it remains a popular weekend getaway for people from all over Singapore.

Changi Village derives its name from Chengai trees which are indigenous to the area. The serene area shares historical importance because of its active role in both Japanese conquest and World War 2.
The vibe of this village is laid-back although modern, with scenic beauty all around, shores with a minimal number of people and lots of fresh air to breathe. Changi Village is also home to Changi ferry terminal, gateway to Pulau Ubin and Malaysia.
